Part of My Family History

My grandmother bought this duplex in 1950 when my mom and dad married and moved to Indianapolis.   Her son, Royce MacDonald, maintained the duplex until his death in the early 1990s.  It was passed to my mom in 2003 but she did not have the financial means to rebuild the home.  Ellen and I bought the property from my mom in 2016 and renovated every inch of the home, 3-car garage, and property.

 

A 2-Year Project!

With the help of family and a few craftsmen, we gutted the house and garage.  Today it looks brand new inside and out!   A special thanks to Katie Decker for her beautiful design of the IKEA kitchens and overall color scheme! Below is her website:
