This afternoon, I spent three hours measuring and measuring again in an effort to five holes in the header tank. The biggest challenge I currently have is with the front hole that will feed gas to the engine. sitting right behind a cross-bar in the frame is the outlet. I may need to purchase a fitting with a 45 degree angle that will allow the fuel line to maneuver around the cross bar under the seat.

This particular task (Header Tank Plumbing) is a prelude to other issues I’m going to run into since I have decided to install the Rotax 912is engine
