Well, once again, I’m stepping into new territory – drilling holes into the powder coated fuselage. Aside from figuring out which end to modify/cut first and then which end to install first, everything went fairly easily. The learning experience is very good. It’s the little details such as how to line up the top former tube correctly with the small vertical tubes coming from from the fuselage and make sure the final fit is perfect? Well, it wasn’t perfect, but very close. The actual work typically takes far less time than figuring out the proper sequence of steps.
